Sign up for a Niqwik account to start shopping. You'll need to provide your name, email, phone number, and delivery address.
Explore our wide range of groceries, fresh foods, medicines, and more. Use categories or the search bar to find what you need.
Click the "Add to Cart" button on products you want to purchase. You can adjust quantities or remove items from your cart at any time.
Review your cart and click "Checkout" when you're ready to place your order. Verify that all items and quantities are correct.
Select your preferred delivery date and time slot. You can also choose express delivery for faster service (additional charges may apply).
Choose your preferred payment method (Mobile Money, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash on Delivery) and complete the payment process.
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS with your order details and tracking information.
You can track the status of your order in real-time through your Niqwik account or by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Place your order at least a day in advance to secure your preferred delivery slot, especially during peak times.
You can modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Go to "Order History" in your account, select the order, and click "Modify Order".
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Go to "Order History", select the order, and click "Cancel Order". If your order is already being processed, please contact customer support.
If your order hasn't arrived within the scheduled delivery window, please check the tracking information. If it shows a delay, you can contact our customer support for assistance.
We're sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the incorrect or damaged items and contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
